An Exercise in Sensibility – Refactoring Approval Events

Don’t modify out of the box SN Code!  You’ve probably heard that before once or twice.  Heck, I’ve probably said it before in a post.  But what if we need to seriously modify some behavior?  Well, the ideal thing to do there is to deactivate the out of the box code, and create your own code.  Let’s take a look at doing this with the Approval Events (task) business rule.
